Suitable villa in Spain
Spain is one of the European countries that experience an influx of immigrants worldwide. In fact, it has the second highest immigration rate in 2004 and has forty five million foreign residents by 2007. These developments lead to the growth of the villa rental business in Spain. Usually, businessman, students, visitors and tourists prefer to rent villas to save on the budget. These people choose to rent a villa rather than stay in an apartment or a condo unit for the reason of private usage of the facilities. Yet, before deciding to rent villas there are things to consider in finding the best and suitable villas for you.
The number and kind of persons that would stay in a villa. This would narrow our search on what kind of villa we wanted. This would give us an idea on things such as: how many bedrooms we wanted; the size of each bedroom, kitchen, dining room, etc. And what amenities you still wanted.
Another thing to consider is the location of the villa. We have to know what province or city in Spain you will rent a villa. For each place had different characteristics in price. We have choices from villas that are near the coast or beaches (Costa del sol villas are the best for this location); in the city proper (Madrid and Barcelona villas are the best but in a high price bases); near an orange field or grape with a mountain view on the other side (Marbella’s villas are best for this kind of location).
The next thing to consider is the transportation and the communication ability of the town people. One of the most important factors to consider is the transportation. Is the place you have chosen or you are located has an adequate transportation that fits your lifestyle? Is the budget for transportation suits your pocket? How about the language in that place? Language is another important factor to consider. You couldn’t sign language your way through out your stay in that place. Like in Barcelona wherein the town people are very loyal to the Spanish and Catalan language. This would create a barrier in your daily activities if you don’t know the language. Unlike in Madrid where in the people connected to the tourist community knows the English language beside the Spanish language and their own dialect language.
Well, the last thing to consider in renting a place either in Spain and other countries is the climate and the temperature. The climate and the temperature in Spain is the least of our worry. Spain’s climate is definitely the weather to be envied with because of its great sun almost the year round.
In scouting for a place to rent and finding it doesn’t mean that it is suitable for us and the people around us. Sometimes the place we rented is far more expensive that we could afford or far too small for our daily activities. So, to get the best and suitable villas to rent
try to consider to get some suggestions.
